I have a Frigidaire refrigerator. It was making loud noises from the back and I did not feel safe using it. All Appliance Repair solved a seemingly impossible problem by bringing back to life my older convection oven. Alternatively, a newer model would not have fit my kitchen cabinet design and therefore would have cost thousands. Also, AAR was highly professional and reliable.

We had the unfortunate luck for both our refrigerator and dishwasher to go out simultaneously. We had Sears Home Services come out to repair the dishwasher and they stated $650 to replace the pump. We declined the service and planned to purchase a new dishwasher. When our refrigerator stopped cooling, we contacted All Around Appliance and he came out to our house within a few hours of our phone call. He correctly diagnosed the issue and returned within 36 hours with the part which got it back working. In the meantime he took a look at the dishwasher, free of charge, and suggested the pump was working fine but may be clogged. Sure enough, we were able to unclog it and it is now working again, allowing us to cancel the order for a replacement dishwasher. All Around Appliance saved us hundreds of dollars! He was attentive, quick to respond, detail-oriented, and very thorough in his work. We would highly recommend this company for any appliance installation or repair, and will definitely use them again for our future needs.

Not only did he repair our dishwasher for a very fair price, showed up on time, put booties over his shoes, etc., but when we both discovered that the dishwasher had been precariously perched on shims because the flooring under the dishwasher was never completed, he went out and got the supplies to resolve the issue and fixed it, again, for a very fair price. I acquired a new microwave, dishwasher & gas stove for my son's condo, but unfortunately the gas range did not function properly as the previous owner had damaged the tubing between the gas regulator and the safety valve.
